Hi Experts,
We are trying to build a report that includes Record Producer variables.
When we add 3–5 variables, the report loads fine.
But when we include around 25 variables, the report takes extremely long to load (basically hangs).
Has anyone faced this performance issue before?
Why does reporting on many variables slow down the report, and what is the best way to fix or optimize this?
Any guidance on best practices for reporting on Record Producer variables would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

it's known thing, if you include more variables then it will take time to fetch the variable data from backend table
Instead you can do this
-> create database view on question_answer table and sn_hr_core_case and join them. I shared below
-> then create report on that database view table
-> add your variables in report list column along with the number and other fields
Then see if it loads fast as compared to earlier variable

Hi @Vadla Srimaan ,
This is quite normal as @Ankur Bawiskar also eluted to. But what is the real business case/requirement? What is it exactly you need?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
