Hello Expert,
I want to provide Service Operation Workspace for non itil user, I have updated below ACL with 'sn_sow.sow_user' role
and user also have the same access (sn_sow.sow_user).
When I test with user, user able to see the Service Operation Workspace option but List view is missing, user can see only HOME option. (left side LIST option is missing).
