Hello,
I wondered if anyone has ever tried something like this in ServiceNow via some kind of bolt on or something?
As much as I like the surveys, i often find emails are ignored within my business when sent from the Service Desk.
I spoke to a company the other day and enjoyed getting the survey to fill in via a text message as was quick and easy.
Has anyone ever tried this or is it even possible?

One option is to:
1. Mark Survey as Public
2. Set up a notification device
After users have devices assigned, go to your email notification form and add the 'SMS Alternate' field. If a user has a device of type SMS assigned, and they are on a given notification that has the SMS alternate defined, they will receive it.
3. Setup a notification when a Survey gets assigned. This can generate an SMS for to the registered device with a public link to survey. Clicking on the link will open the survey in the mobile browser.
Another alternative is to use Push notification. This would require ServiceNow mobile: notification using ServiceNow mobile App

Hi Carl,
ServiceNow 'Take Survey' Widget is built on Service Portal and can be accessed from Mobile browser and Mobile app. Do you think it would help?
