We're about to deploy the Employee Center and I've been doing some last minute checks, only to identify an issue with our 'My Requests' page.
When a user submits a request and it has a Universal Request attached to it, they don't see it in 'My Requests' on the portal. Then when I update the filter to remove 'Universal Request is empty', it shows up but they can't click on the ticket. There's no error, there's no obvious issue, just doesn't click through.
Searching up the ticket using the search bar, they can see it on the back end but obviously that's not going to help since we want to keep them in the portal.
I've used the Access Analyser to try to figure it out, and it does say it's being blocked by a before query rule but I can't seem to work out what the rule that's doing it is.
In the My Requests page, we're using the my-requests-v2 widget.
Can anyone give any insight?
