I've removed unnecessary information but would like to know what the meaning of this blue dot is in incident mgt. I've searched the wiki (located here: http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Administer_ServiceNow#gsc.tab=0) for "blue" and even "dot" but couldn't find it.
Thanks for any quick answer.

Hi,
Please click with right mouse button on incident label on list and select configure > all. On Style tab you will see condition which is marking it for this color.

Hi Robi,
I suggest you to check in System UI --> Field Style then look for the table 'incident' and field 'number'
And value field give you reason for setting the blue color.
Mark it as answered if above solution is satisfied.
Thanks
Prashant

Hello,
Do we know if this functionality is configured out of the box in ServiceNow?
To show the blue dot on the list view for tickets that have been updated.
Thanks,
