Hello Everyone. I was given a task , having issues figuring it out.
1.As a knowledge manager/owner/author , i must receive a yearly reminder email to review the article from the day it was published .If article requires update send a weekly reminder to the KB manager/owner/author until its updated(either rejected or republished)

Hey,
I think this feature is already there OOB.
Sharing few related configurations, feel free to explore and adjust:
Event Name : kb.article.expiry.warning
Scheduled Job : Notification for Article Expiry Warning
Notification : KM: Article Expiry Warning
Feel free to mark correct, If I answered your query.
Will be helpful for future visitors looking for similar questions 🙂

Hi,
I would suggest creating a Flow that runs daily to check if there are any records that matches your criteria, and for each found, send a email notification to the author. See example below
The second part is a bit unclear, "If article requires update" what decides whether the article must be updated or not?

HI Linda,
You can create notification and a schedule script which generates event to check the knowledge articles and its states, based on which you can approve and reject for KB..
Also, you can create a flow for the same.
Kindly mark correct or helpful if it addresses your concern,...
