Cannot login to ServiceNow Hi portal

Hi,

 

I'm not sure if it's just me, but everytime when I tried to login to ServiceNow Hi portal, I will get this message. i also have issue logging into Developer site's (Build your first application) as well.

Attached is the screenshot when I tried to login to HI portal.

Hi @jackps ,

 

You can not login to HI Portal with your personal account 

 

You need ask your organization's contact admins to create an account for you using your organization's account 

 

You should use that account to login

Hi @jackps 

 

for HI Portal (and some more) you need to have your profile associated with a Partner company, you shall contact your manager but not possible to access as "private" profile..

Login to single sign on and you will see where do you have access:

Hi @jackps 

Please check with you organization admin (Hi portal admin) to create one new profile for you.

Once it's done, you can access the HI portal.
