How to modify the info that's included in email notifications?

Newby here! When an incident is assigned to me, I get an email notification that includes these fields:
I don't see anywhere under preferences where I can tell it to include the field "location"? This would be extremely helpful as there are multiple locations in different cities.
Is this something that User's can set up?

It is part of the email notification.
Go to the email notifications section, search for this notification, and make the required changes in the body.

so basically, you have to modify the email notification,
first find the notification ---> search for notifications and filter by giving table name and then you can further filter by putting the subject of the mail you received, this will give you the exact notification, then open it and see the what it contains section where the email body will be written, you can change fields or add new ones as per your need. Hi @JaniceB
As an Admin logins to instance.
- Navigate to: System Notification > Email > Notifications.
- Locate Notification: Open the "Incident assigned to me" record.
- Edit the Body: On the What it will contain tab, edit the email body.
- Add Location Field: Using the Email Variables panel, add the field name to the code:
Location: ${location}
- saves and publishes the updated notification, the Location field will automatically appear in your assignment emails

check in email logs the email came from which notification
Then update the email body with whatever field you want to add/remove
