After your organization receives ServiceNow Partner status (once the partner request is approved), you must register on the Partner Portal to access partner-specific training resources and available discounts.

To do this, you need to submit a request for Partner Portal access. After you complete the request, it will be reviewed by the Partner Verification Team and your company’s ServiceNow account manager. This approval process can take up to 72 hours.

Once the request is approved, your Partner Portal account will be created automatically. At the same time, a ServiceNow University account with the appropriate partner permissions will also be provisioned.

If you already have an existing ServiceNow University account, it will automatically sync with the partner registration and your account will be upgraded with partner-level access and benefits.

Steps to Request Access

1. Go to the Partner Portal access request form:
   https://partnerportal.service-now.com/onboard?id=email_validation&from=self_register

2. Enter your official email address on the form.

3. Complete the security verification by entering the special characters shown on the page.

4. Click Send Validation Code. A verification email will be sent to continue the registration process.
