Catalogs are not getting while searching in the Now mobile application

Hello everyone,

While searching in Now mobile app, some catalogs are not displaying and In Service portal we are getting the catalogs.

Please Provide some solution for how to get all catalogs in now mobile.

You can select which catalogs are accessible from your mobile app. Look under the Now Mobile > Catalogs module.

try to check the conditions in your mobile search configuration sources and configs:

Hi Bala,

There are couple of things you need to check,

1.  Include the catalog in the mesp portal. Navigate to Now mobile > catalogs to add them.

2. Property name - glide.sc.mobile.include_desktop_only_items - Turn on to show the desktop only catalog item in mobile

3. Property name - glide.sc.mobile.unsupported_discover - update this to no_discover this will restrict unsupported items showing up in the portal.
