Question 14 "How do I measure my mobile usage for my end users?" in the extremely useful article Getting Started with Mobile FAQ pointed me to this documentation - User Experience Analytics (Rome) - which led me to this documentation - Setting up User Experience Analytics (Rome). There it says "The User Experience Analytics plugin (com.glide.appsee) is activated by default in the Now Platform in a new Rome instance, and in upgraded instances" but I can't find that plugin listed - paid or unpaid, installed or uninstalled. We upgraded to Rome at the end of January.
Am I missing something on that documentation page, or is there other information somewhere that would either help me find the plugin or explain why I can't find it? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,
You go through the application navigator and search for "User experience ...", you will get to see this option, and click on "Dashboard". since by default it is enabled, you do not see a plugin here.
note: Role required: analytics_admin, mobile_analytics_admin, web_analytics_admin, or portal_analytics_admin
Still not working, try to enable from properties, as below

Hi, the plugin is a 'maint only' plugin, meaning someone logged in with a maintenance role (typically ServiceNow engineers will have this role) can see the plugin. However, it is activated by default in a Rome and above instance .
One quick way to observe that the plugin is there would be by appending '/analytics' to your instance URL.
https://<your_instance_name>.service-now.com/analytics
This should take you to the analytics dashboard.

I made myself a member of the Analytics Settings Managers and Mobile Analytics Settings Managers groups, which granted me 10 roles including analytics_admin, mobile_analytics_admin, and web_analytics_admin. The property and settings are all enabled. The dashboard is listed in my navigator but I still can't see it, even when I type /analytics after the instance's URL - I just get a blank page.
