How to make signature field mandatory on Agent Mobile app?

Is it possible to make the signature field on the OOTB Sign & Confirm function on the Agent mobile app mandatory?

No, unfortunately, that does not work. This is my configuration for that solution:

UI Policy rule

And it has no effect on the UI Parameter Screen:

The instance version is San Diego. I am not sure if that has something to do.
