Hi all,
do you need how to show the Agent Mobile app Interface on desktop?
I always used to just add $m.do to my instance link but this works for the Classic Mobile app. In this way we can test and use the mobile app directly to the desktop.
Is there the same method available also for the new Agent Mobile app?
Thanks for your help 🙂
Cheers
Alberto

The new mobile agent uses a completely different architecture.
The classic mobile app is HTML5. ServiceNow provides an installable "app", but it is nothing more than a customized browser. You can run ServiceNow classic mobile without installing the "app". It will run in the native browser on your phone or tablet, or in a desktop browser that can emulate the browser on a phone or tablet.
The new mobile agent is a native app for iOS or Android. It does not use HTML and it does not run in a browser. The only way to run it on a desktop machine would be to run it inside an iOS or Android IDE.
Hope this helps.

- The new mobile Agent does not run in the browser. It is a separate iOS or Android app which must be installed on your device from the App Store. Search for "ServiceNow Mobile Agent". I do not believe there is a way to run the app on a desktop computer.
- The new mobile app is not activated by default in your Madrid instance because you do not want your users accessing it until your are ready. Search for the "ITSM Mobile" plugin. This is a free plugin.

Thanks for your reply, I know it's a separate plugin and I've already installed it.
I need to know what I can use for navigating in the Mobile Agent app through the browser.
Again, for the Classic Mobile app, you can just do it with this url https://instancename.service-now.com/$m.do
Anyone know it?
Thanks a lot
Alberto
