Knowledge Article Not found - Now Mobile

Hi All,

While I am working on my implementation on HR into  mobile agent, I came across a problem with the information tab of the Now Mobile App.

The knowledge articles cards are visible in the information tab. But if I tried to click on, it is showing an error " Knowledge Article Not found".

Strange, because in the newly created Knowledge we did not mention any can read, value. It is open to all.

These articles are visible in the Esc portal, can access it. I am not sure what is causing the issue, the newly created Knowledge Base or something else. 

 

Kindly help me solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Please check the application restricted caller access table and allow the record which is from 'ServiceNow NowMobile App - Knowledge Management Screens and Launcher Screen' application
