Major Incident launcher tab missing

Anyone else missing the "Major Incident" launcher tab from the Agent app? 

I've confirmed it's not simply disabled, but in fact missing from the sys_sg_applet_launcher_tab table. 

I have the latest version of ITSM Mobile Agent (8.2.2) and Major Incident Management (1.0.0) and its PA Content Pack.

Fixed by repairing the ITSM Mobile Agent (8.2.2) app
