Need assist on login NOW mobile using SSO

Hi there,

When I login to NOW mobile using SSO username and password, it asks me to use Mircrosoft Edge as shown in screenshot.

Is there any configuration I am missing from backend?

Oh, I'm running out of ideas. Is this happening only on Android or on iOS? Can you test it on another Phone?

P.S. I think it's time for you to open a case by ServiceNow Support.

Of course, after the authentication performed by the edge, the browser redirects to the browser in a classic version of the mobile, not to the app again.
