I have a requirement to integrate ServiceNow with MS teams to trigger approval notifications for RITM/change request via MS Teams so the approvals will be faster. Will also need to send reminder notification if there is no update from the approver.
Based on documentation I have tried few methods but it is not working. So any help is appreciated.

I created a service account and got my exchange team to create a policy which will allow access to Now Virtual Agent app in teams. But we are not able to trigger approval notification's via MS teams.
I do see another documentation to do it via Azure AD. Is that something which we need to do?
