team Integration | Major Incident management

Hi ,

 

I'm trying to integrate the MS teams with Major incident Management( client want to have on calls triggered from the workbench itself. We don't have a Virtual agent set up as of now ,  I could see all the communications send from the ServiceNow is through the BOT . so it it required to have the Virtual agent configured up for this one as well?
