Teams Manifest File Missing Fields

Currently in the process of setting up ServiceNow and Teams integration. I have been going through this documentation - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-employee-service-management/page/product/sn-teams/ta...
I've got everything set up and when I go to set up the manifest file, I am selecting 'Connect one ServiceNow instance to one Microsoft Teams tenant' and when I get to the Configure Tab, there is no field for Application ID or Tenant ID.
I've tried to go through with the default setup excluding these fields, uploading the manifest file to Teams and then launching the app. However, when I try to access the Employee Center, I am flooded with errors and it doesn't bring me to our Employee Center.
Is there configuration elsewhere that needs to be updated? I am not sure if these instructions are outdated or just unclear right now.
