Hello all,
We have added Teams Integration to a customer, following all the steps in the instructions below.
https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=fafac779dbc4345014d6fb243996199a&view_source=featuredList
Incidents can also be created from Teams using the Virtual Agent, however Teams Chat cannot be started from ServiceNow. All users will be marked as Not on Teams. Also the function Import Messages from Microsoft Teams does not work, none of my current chats are displayed there. Is this because I only have a guest account in the customer domain?
Solved! Go to Solution.

I have solved my problem myself, it is probably because I am in another tenant. I tried it again with a user from the right tenant, there it works.

After the user had clicked once inital also the button and started a chat, the button worked with me also and I had no more error message that the users are not in teams.
