I have a question regarding the functionality of the new Smart Assessment scoring component. While using it for my questions, I encountered a scenario where selecting a specific option in a question should not affect the score calculation.
To clarify, the logic is similar to compliance controls, where options such as Compliant, Non-Compliant, or Not Applicable are available. If the Not Applicable option is selected, it should not impact the overall compliance score.
Currently, the only solution I’ve found is at the section/subsection level—where leaving a question unanswered excludes it from the score calculation. However, this approach conflicts with the requirement to make the question mandatory.
I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to address this situation.
