Duplicated Record SNC Page and Resolve button stops working

Hi, 

 

I duplicated Record SNC page on Service Operation Workspace, and Resolve button stops working. 

It does not matter whether the original "Record SNC" page set to be inactive or not after duplication,

when I pressed "resolve" button still does not work. 

 

I still can change INC record state directly in form and pressed "save" so only "resolved" button that stops working. 

 

When I delete the duplicated page, the button is back to normal. 

Anyone knows why this happens and what to do to fix this? I need to add a component to the duplicated record page. 

I am in Vancouver version patch2-hotfix1

Hi Kalyani, 

My issue was the modal did not open when I pressed "Resolve" button and also when I clicked magnifying glass  to open reference list on for example "assign to" or "assignment group". 

 

HI support added below records on UX App Route table (sys_ux_app_route)

I am also facing the same issue. I duplicated record information page and my "assign to", "Reassign" and "contact button" is not working.
can you please elaborate how to fix the issue. It will help me.

In my case assign and reassign button not working. Added record on "sys_ux_app_route" and issue resolved. Thanks for all your helps.
