Hi @PrashantLearnIT ,

Thanks for response, I want to do CSM configuration for live agent with virtual agent in my PDI for practice, so in plugins I need connect support, customer service web chat plugins so those I m try to find in plugins section but there is no result found there ,also already install omnichannel plugin but in application navigator this plugin is not visible....
