Is it a PDI or a client instance? If it's PDI, it's better to release the instance and take a new one.

 

else log a now support case.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

After refreshing PDI now I m able to see plugin, thanks for your response but the plugins I wanted is showing no result found ( connect support, customer service web chat ) I m practicing with PDI for live agent connect with virtual agent.
