Now Assist - how to create a report on Assist used per user on daily bases

Hello,

 

We're trying to follow the Assist consummed per user on dailly bases ?

This will help us to followup the user activities on AI and help us to enhence some custom skills

Hi,

You can report on Now Assist usage per user on a daily basis by using the AI Interaction [sys_ai_interaction] table.

Steps:

  1. Go to Reports > Create New.

  2. Select the table AI Interaction [sys_ai_interaction].

  3. Choose your report type (e.g., List, Bar chart).

  4. Set Group by = User.

  5. Add a second Group by = Created On → Day.
    → This gives you a per-user, per-day breakdown of Assist usage.

If you also want the results delivered daily, you can schedule the report:

  • After saving the report, click Schedule.

  • Choose daily frequency and set recipients.

This way you can both track usage interactively and receive a daily summary automatically.
