Search Index is not showing any records

I'm facing issue in AI search. When I'm applying filter on Search Sources it is showing 0 record, but on our other instances it is showing me records. Can anyone please help me with this.

Same filter condition is applied on  test but records is visible there

Hello @Sarthak Kashyap  - At first glance, potential cause may be on 1. index issues - reindex the search -- sometime, your table may not be indexed fully. Index all and try. Review index logs for error or warning. 

2. compare the "search source mappings" between instances, it helps to find the issues and fix it.
