NOW ASSIST for ITSM Plugin in PDI

How can I install Plugin for now assist ITSM in PDI.
Seems unable to install it.
Please share the process.

AI Search, Now Assist, Gen AI, or AI Agent cannot be installed or available in PDI, and we cannot install them.

Hi @Community Alums - Since it is Not possible for install now Assist for ITSM in PDI, you can still try on Learning Lab instance form Now learning portal. enroll for the course Now Assist for ITSM and you will get instance for 10 days, where you can learn and try your things there. For PDI not everything is available due to some limitations we cannot check the Now Assist stuff across PDI as suggested take advantage of Now Learning website and see if any on-demand course or simulator available which will help you more to understand this or you can ask within your company internal team if any demo instance available where you can play with this module.
