All chat skills are not working. (Now Assist)

I can't use the NowAssist chat skills.

When I activate the skills and try to use them, the following happens:

 

● Chat summarization: "Unable to summarize chat. Now Assist isn't set up to process this request." is displayed.
● Chat recommendation: The icon for using this feature is not displayed.

 

Since there is limited knowledge about agent chat, it is possible that the issue lies with the settings related to agent chat rather than NowAssist.

As mentioned in my previous reply , yesterday meant workspace plugin for Now Assist. Apart from these plugins.

Hi @kanakoA - Chat recommendation is part of ITSM and CSM Now assist. i would suggest to try again. i would recommend to go to application manager first and click on "sync now" option first, then you app manager will show you "updated" module or plugin's available for update, then select your Now assist for ITSM and Now assist for CSM , then apply the update.

HI - Upgrade the plugin once and try . Now Yokohama 2 is released . try to upgrade the instance and try it works!

@kanakoA - Please follow the following steps and let me know of issue is still there

 

  • Make sure the the sidebar discussion summarization is enabled for the record table in Now assist admin.
  • Go to Now Assist Admin -> features -> Technology -> Chat -> sidebar discussion summarization
  • Open sidebar discussion summarization skill and go to Choose Tables section.
  • Make sure the table (for example, incident) is selected in the enabled tables.
