In the Subscription Management Workspace, the Now Assist Usage Dashboard shows Total Purchased Assists, Total Used Assists, and Available Assists.
When drilling down, we found that the table sn_sub_man_st_account_level_entitlement stores the Total Used Assists value. However, we are unable to identify:
How this value is calculated
Which source table(s) store the detailed Now Assist usage data
Which job, script, or process updates this table
Has anyone traced the backend logic for these metrics or knows where the calculation and update logic is configured in the platform?

@vineetha1303 Have a look at this Table . This Keeps Usage Per Skill/Ai Agent Call.
sys_gen_ai_usage_log
- The sys_gen_ai_usage_log table is the main usage log for Generative AI features, primarily used for billing, high-level activity tracking, and analytics reporting .
- In the context of Agent Studio, entries in this table may show a value like 25 assists for a workflow, which does not represent 25 individual assists but rather a static mapping for small workflows (0-4 actions) for licensing and reporting purposes.
- The table is used as a source for various analytics indicators, such as total daily active users, skill engagement trends, total skill actions, and daily unique users, as seen in the Now Assist Analytics dashboard .
- For more granular analytics or to count individual skills per ticket, the sys_gen_ai_usage_log is useful for high-level counts, while more detailed data may be available in other tables with appropriate access .
Refer few links for ur reference.

Hope This helps
