Hello,
Have you had a chance to review the ServiceNow documentation here: ServiceNow Docs - Virtual Agent and Microsoft Copilot?
If you're facing any challenges, please let us know where you're stuck, and we'll assist you in moving forward.

Thanks for reply @Omkar Mone
Yes, I have checked that. How do I set up the integration in ServiceNow and Copilot? If I follow the same steps as for the Teams integration, will it be automatically added to Copilot?

The default Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams plugin (sn_va_teams) automatically integrates with Copilot. For the integration to work automatically, verify that you have:
- The Xanadu version of the Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams application installed and configured. If you have a previous version of the application, upgrade it to the Xanadu release.
- The Microsoft Copilot license.
Note:
- Before the integration, make sure that Copilot is enabled on your Microsoft Teams tenant.
- No configuration changes are required on your ServiceNow instance to integrate with Microsoft Copilot.

Hi @LinnieNow : Thanks for your reply, we would like to know that if we search something like create an incident in co-pilot, it is giving the results but to actually perform the task it is routing us to now virtual agent chat window in MS teams.. is this the expected behaviour of co-pilot ?
or are we missing something here ? we are assuming that if we want to create an incident using co-pilot then user should be able to do this task in the co-pilot window instead of routing us to now virtual agent chat window to further perform step for create an incident.
@Ankur Bawiskar @bhuvan @Ravi Gaurav @Nikhil Bajaj9 - Hi Community leaders, you also please suggest on the above ask,
