Could you help me display the "Suggestions" icon?
Doc: Suggested steps by Now Assist Suggested steps generation in Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM)

We cannot find the icon both via CSM and ITSM
⇩our screen of a case
Is there any document which explains how to display the icon? since I cannot find any information about it via the official doc and SN's official learning courses

@HisakoK - For CSM related workspace, if the Now Assist for CSM app is not on V9.0.1 version, you will not view the suggested steps generation skill to activate.
Below is an example:
@HisakoK - Regarding the version of "Now Assist for ITSM" version 8.0 of the app is supported till Yokohama Patch 1
The latest version of the app is supported for Patch 3 only. See below
Looks like something is broken on your instance.
