we've just upgraded to Yokoyama from Washington DC. We found after upgrading, now assist genius result on employee center are not showing up now which it used to be working well.
For example, we query "change my password". no now assist Genius result showed on employee center, but it showed on AI search preview. how can we troubleshoot this issue?

We've got the solution from support as below:
Based on the dev's investigation, setting 'Log Signals Server Side' = 'true' stops Now Assist Q&A Grs showing up in ai search application if the instance is on the Yokohama release. (see attached screenshot)

Make sure all the Now Assist and Employee Center plugins are current. We did see inconsistent results between AI Search and Virtual Agent and it was resolved by updating the plugins.

@sff1 - Few troubleshooting steps:
Check is system property : "glide.ais.genius_result.enabled" is set to true.
Check the system property : glide.ais.query.disable_async_mode
Also check the Search application if its configured correct.
also update the plugin of Now Assist for AI Search and Generative AI controller if its up to date.
Also are you on Yokohama Patch 3? This has most of fixes.
