Missing Now Assist Skill: "Journey Summarization for Managers"

Hi,

I would like to utilize the "Journey Summarization for Managers" feature to test the enhancement announced in the Yokohama Patch 3 – Journey Designer Release Notes, but it appears to be missing from our instance.

According to the official documentation, this feature requires the Now Assist for HRSD (sn_hr_gen_ai) plugin to be installed and the "Journey Summarization for Managers" skill to be activated. The plugin is already installed.

Activation instructions are provided here, including the following steps:

  1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Skills.

  2. In the navigation panel, select Employee > HRSD.

  3. Click Activate skill on the Journey Summarization for Managers card.

  4. Follow the guided setup and click Activate on the final page.

However, we currently see 12 available Now Assist skills for HRSD, and "Journey Summarization for Managers" is not listed among them.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I have this in my instance-

Version is 9.0.2 and upwards,

 

but you system should be in the given patch -

YK 5 and above supports this very well in terms of compatibility. don't know why the old version goes insane when new patch's updated .

Yokohama Patch 5 didn’t resolve the issue on its own, but when combined with upgrading the Journey Designer Plugin to version 5.3.6, it works!
The new problem is that the "Journey Summarization for Managers" skill is already activated, but it still does not appear on the Journey Detail Page.
Are you seeing it on your side?
Please use the Manager role and check a journey from your team’s employee list.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
