Now Assist incident summarization - Adding prompt

Hi ,

 

I am trying to add the skill prompt for Incident Summarization skill. I am trying to add the caller id and assigned to fields inside my skill prompt. 

 

But even after updating the prompt, finalizing it and publishing the latest version of the prompt, I am unable to see the changes that is getting reflected in the Incident form. 

 

Currently the Summarize button will populate the details in a generic way. But I need to get the details of the Caller and the Assigned to while summarizing the Incident.

 

Can someone advise.

@JacklinR  These type of Customization is not ADVISABLE but techncally it seems you can do as per Below ServiceNow KB-

The fields used to generate the incident summary can be customized as needed in the sn_nowassist_skill_config_var_set table based on various incident states.

 

You Can refer this KB and talk to HI Support Before Tweaking .
