Now Assist Panel Turned on but not working

I have:

  • Navigated to Now Assist experience and turned it on.
  • Went to CI admin console, went through the guided setup to turn it on.
  • It appeared next to the scope picker

But it didn't start correctly, it is like this:

All the documentation I see is outdated; they don't even go to the CI admin console to activate it. However, if I don't do it there, it doesn't turn on.

What am I missing?

First thing is to always check whether you are on the latest release and patch (Yokohama patch 4) and instead of going into a skill, check the Now Assist Experiences > Now Assist Panel > Turn On.

Patch 4 upgrade solved it automatically.

Try repairing this - 'Glide conversation Generative AI ' plugin once and relogin, it  may work ! also, Having a latest patch resolve lot of issue ! Let me know once you have done !
