Role of metas in conversational catalog discovery within Virtual Agents

Hey!
I want to know whether the metas within catalog items influence their discovery during conversational catalog ordering within Virtual Agents. Say a catalog item is conversational, will me typing out queries containing metas boost their discovery given the metas are indexed too, or does it solely depend on name and short description?

YES - Catalog Item META field boost AI Search if Its Part of Indexed Field List .

 

Search Profile --Search Sources---Index Sources---Field Setting & Mapping.

 

Recommendation is to Use META for  Alternate User Terms, Acronyms & Your Company Specific Lingo.
