Service now Now asisst - Agent AI certification

Dear all,

I am actually running all fundamental on demand course relatif to Now Assist and AI agent.
Is there a specific certification for ServiceNow Ai or is it included in ITSM certification ?

hello @Tanushree Maiti , does it means that now if you want to pass a certifcation that you do not have you must go for CIS-Data foundation( CIS-DF) first ?

If you want to do /you have any of following 7 certs, To hold these cert , you have to do CIS-DF, else if you have any of these certs, that will be expired by year end 2026.

• CIS – Discovery (DISCO) 
• CIS – Hardware Asset Management (HAM) 
• CIS – IT Service Management (ITSM) 
• CIS – Service Mapping (SM) 
• CIS – Security Incident Response (SIR) 
• CIS – Software Asset Management (SAM) 
• CIS – Vulnerability Response (VR)

Does this CIS-DF ( which is based on CMDB ) certification is doable by following on demand course even if you did not really practice in real on concrete project ?

I mean does labs provided cover such real configuration architecture for learning CMDB?

As a trainer, I would say it’s not guaranteed 100%, but if you carefully go through the training and follow the labs step by step, you should be able to clear the exam. Happy to hear thoughts @Tanushree Maiti
