Service now Now asisst - Agent AI certification

Dear all,

I am actually running all fundamental on demand course relatif to Now Assist and AI agent.
Is there a specific certification for ServiceNow Ai or is it included in ITSM certification ?

All or most AI training programs are micro-certifications,. They do not have any direct prerequisites or dependencies on other mainline certifications. You can pursue other mainline certifications in parallel, but if you are planning to complete these seven certifications, then the Data Foundation certification is mandatory.

• The prerequisite of having the Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS-DF (CMDB and CSDM) certification before taking any of the following exams, is temporarily suspended through January 31, 2026, allowing users already pursuing implementation specialist certifications to complete their journeys without delay.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incidence Response

  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management
