Hi, I just want to use the Gen Ai serviceNow model inside the PDI,
I have a task to use it, but all the recourse requires installing the plugins, and that leads to this link (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1646408
and when I click on the employee article (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1646408)  I couldn't find the Now Assist Admin module and the Now Assist Admin Console plugin is installed, and I don't know the problem

the task is to automate some form input for the user in multiple forms,

and how to make it specific to our app scope

thanks

Sorry. I am not a ServiceNow employee, so I have no idea what kind of instances you are getting. My remark "Who ever tasked you with this assignment should provide you with an instance on which it can be used." still stands. If you need to do something, you should have the possibility to do so. I would check internally how it works. Non-ServiceNow employees can tell you about client instances, PDI's and partner instances, but internal ServiceNow provided instances are not publicly documented.

@kerolos samir GEN AI and Now Assist capabilities are not available on the personal development instances. Since these features have a cost associated with them I doubt if they will ever make their way to PDIs.

I think it's employee instance, or there is a difference between them ?

@kerolos samir  PDI exposed in GA world do not have Now Assist (GEN AI) features.

But Since Service Now Gives INSTANCES to The EMPLOYEES for their own Consumption , I assume as per your LOGISTICS need for the Requirement they can Provision for You.

You Can talk to your Team Members or Managers and they Can definitely Help You.
