Hi,
I want to start building a Service Catalog in Service Now (Geneva). Not sure where to start.
I know what a Service Catalog is I know what I want in the Service Catalog, I just need to know what will be the best way to build this into Service Now.
We have a Portal and at some stage I would like the users to access this. For now I want to build it and see how it works.
What is my starting point, where do I go in Service Now?
Does anyone have any examples they can show of ones they have built?
Thanks,
Riaz

Hi Riaz,
Go to Service Catalog> Maintain Catalogs.
They are usually divided in to topics, such as facilities, business units, or other areas of service management.

Hi,
Thanks for the replies. What I am really after is some examples or screenshots of existing ones.
Then knowing how I can have this displayed on the Self Service Portal for users? And how it can displayed?
Thanks,
Riaz
