Reserved words for Dynamic translation

We have enabled Dynamic translation for live chat in our instance. Is there a provision to specify a list of key words that should not be translated by Dynamic translation like some product name etc.. at ServiceNow end or is it possible only at vendor side? Please let me know your valuable inputs.

Hi, 

I implemented this in my previous organization, and you would need to do this at the vendor side. With google you can e.g. train the translation AI with specific translations/words etc. that are unique to your organization and then it will translate according to that new dictionary. Then you would need to connect with that specific API. I had several meetings with Google around this and they were really helpful!

The same applies for DeepL that has a similiar functionality!

I am using MS Azure translator service. So should I contact them to add the words from their end?

No problem, 

Yes, I don't know if they have such a service, but I imagine they do! But since it is dynamic it is totally reliant on their translation and AI/dictionary, so best shot is to get in contact with them and how you can make the translations better for your organization!
