Create PA report on incident table?

Hi Experts,

I have been asked to create a report on incident table. which will show weekly metrices which includes the states like Draft, Closed and cancelled. There will  another column called Completed which is sum of closed+ cancelled.

I would recommend you to go through the official ServiceNow training: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&summary_id... as playing with indicators etc. can seriously impact the ServiceNow performance if you don't do it right.
