add multiple tabs to a report

With or without PA, is it possible to use single or multiple datasources to add multiple tables to a single report? maybe as tabs?

If you are looking for tabs, you'll want to use a dashboard.   If you are looking for multiple data sets, that is supported by a single report, see Using multiple datasets in a report
