Assistant Designer --> Response Feedback

Hello, 

We have turned on Response Feedback on our Virtual Assistant in Assistant Designer. 
I have tested it and it seems to work, but I cannot find the responses anywhere on the platform.

Where can I find responses from this feedback????

Thanks, I added feedback topic instructed in the first KB but still cannot find the responses.
