Attachment is missing in Scheduled report notification.

Scheduled reports do not sending attachment in the email notification and groups receive the email but miss the attachments. What could be the possible cause and how can we fix this issue?

Hi,

Does your scheduled report is running with the system user or an admin user?

 

If not, set either run as empty or system user

Hi,

Things to check

1) Run as user should be System Administrator

OR

2) check the file size of attachment is more than the limit provided for outbound email i.e. 25MB

Hi Mohammed,

There is OOB restriction on file size while email is triggered.

The ServiceNow servers limit total encoded email size to 75 MB for inbound (POP3) and 25 MB for outbound (SMTP) emails. Emails beyond this size are rejected.

it won't work if the file size is bigger than 25MB??
