1. Complete the “Scripting in ServiceNow” and “Application Development Fundamentals” courses (included with training subscriptions).

2. Practice by building simple applications in your PDI (Personal Development Instance). For example:

   • Create tables and forms

   • Configure UI Policies and Client Scripts

     These topics are directly tested in the exam.

3. Focus on high-weight areas such as:

   • Data schema

   • Business Rules

   • Client Scripts

   • Flow Designer

4. Create flashcards for:

• Complete the ServiceNow University course - Go through each module, at least 2 times.

• Practice the labs multiple times. 

• Follow the official eBook - Review it thoroughly at least 2 times.

• Practice mock tests available online - That is just for practice. Don't rely on them.

Practicing all the above in your PDI is enough to clear the exam.
