I need to create a report that displays the age of a case by the moment it was "Assigned To" an advisor. 

Is there a field that shows the date/time when the "Assigned to" is filled?

Hey Leo, No, you need to create an extra field and fill it when the assigned to is filled. If you want to see more detailed information, for example: How long it stays assigned for each person or group. Then I recommend you to use metrics.
