Compare previous to current year.

Hi Guys,

What is the best way to compare tickets opened in current year to the previous year? (Don't have performance analytics)

This is the report we currently run for new tickets. It is everything opened in a current month stacked by status. My manager would like to see a report that would show current year compared to the last in a similar way.

You can do a report of type trend, something like below

In the field "Per" you should be able to configure the months, but then it will not do this per year on top. Just give it a try.

Hi Ulrich, if change year to month, I will get the outcome I have screenshooted on the top. What my goal is to have a comparison of lets say November 2017 to November 2016 on the same report.
