Data Collection Interval for User Experience Plugin

I'm having a hard time understanding what is the interval for data collection. Your FAQ says real-time (ServiceNow User Experience Analytics FAQ - ServiceNow Community) but this documentation says hourly: Set up User Experience Analytics (servicenow.com)

Please provide further clarity. Thank you
