Export to .xlsx

Hello everyone,

I have the following problem:

I have a dashboard (INSTANCE/now/platform-analytics-workspace/dashboards/...)

and am using a data visualisation.

Here, I have an export button accessed via the three dots.

The problem is that I can only download an Excel .xls file.

However, I would like to have an .xlsx file instead.

In a normal data visualisation, do I have a different download tool? Why is that?

My data visualisation tool with Pivot Table -> No .xlsx option there

A normal data visualisation has this function.

OK, but I’d personally be interested to know why the Provot report is only available in .xls/.csv format.

How exactly do I get the .xlsx format here? Is there a system preference or something else I need to adjust?

No, it is core code and we cannot add or change anything here.

this is OOTB feature/limitation

You can always raise a case with ServiceNow asking when this feature will come

OR

Raise an idea on idea portal about this using your now support credentials
